Blackstone Bicycle Works is a not-for-profit bike shop that uses recycled bicycles to teach job and life skills to youth in Chicago.
As the Program Director of BBW from its inception in 1994 until 2002, Andy Gregg had the unique perspective of an active participant in the daily activities that took place at the shop.
